We’re delighted to announce that we have recently teamed up with Emmy – Secure Your Bike; a women-owned microbusiness based in Georgetown, Guyana ran by Ms. Selina Greenham, as part of the Scorpion Automotive development program.
Bike and scooter theft is growing rapidly in Guyana, and many other developing nations, as bikes and scooters become a more popular means of personal transport. Emmy – Secure Your Bike is focusing on supporting bike and scooter owners in Guyana with low-cost methods for combatting theft, initially using our very own Datatool Croc-Locks, by building up a small female sales team and taking this product out to the market.

The Scorpion Automotive program has been designed to enable local female entrepreneurs in developing nations the opportunity to utilise the support of Scorpion Automotive to build and grow their own business, reselling our products at a local level. Included in this program, we will be offering support in logistics, marketing and sales support, with additional advice and help wherever needed.
Scorpion Automotive sees these partnerships as important to the growth of markets in developing countries, and that with a small helping hand, this program will allow for smaller women-owned businesses to develop.
We wish Selina and her team the very best and look forward to seeing the business grow.
